How do I create an account?
Please contact your assigned EFL representative to set up your Track & Trace account. From there, you will be able to access your account by visiting our Customer Portal.
On the EFL Global home page, click "Sign-In" on the top right navigation bar, and then click "EFL Global Track & Trace." Provide your login credentials and you will be redirected to your customized Track & Trace dashboard.
I've forgotten my login credentials. What should I do?

I need to change my email. What do I do?
Log into your account, and go to the "my account info" section. You can edit any field you like right here.
