EFL Global, a logistics and supply chain solutions provider, has announced the promotion Jennifer Ross to Senior Vice President, Global Key Account Management.
As the Senior Vice President, Global Key Account Management, Ross will oversee Key Account Management functions on a global scale. She will offer leadership, guidance, and support to EFL Global’s Key Account Managers and their clients while developing an ongoing strategy for this leg of the business.
Ross has been with EFL Global for six years, most recently serving as the Vice President, Global Key Accounts for the Midwest and West Regions. She has overseen the execution of our Key Account Management strategies in the Americas, managing the Key Account Team, providing support for EFL Global’s customer base, and overall growing the business.
As EFL Global’s Key Client portfolio grows both in the Americas Region and beyond, Ross will play a critical role in the development of overall client strategy, business retention, new business onboarding, and all other functions pertaining to the organization’s focus on the customer.
