Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Operations & Compliance
    Develop and implement HR strategies, ensure compliance with local labor laws, manage HRIS, and oversee onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Compensation and Benefits
    Manage competitive compensation and benefits packages, aligned with market trends.
  • Employee Engagement and Development
    Foster employee engagement, oversee training, and conduct performance evaluations with a focus on talent growth.
  • Talent Acquisition
    Lead recruitment and onboarding efforts to build a skilled, diverse workforce.

Qualifications:

  • Professional Qualifications
    Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in MBA, Imports/Exports, or Finance.
  • Critical Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
    - Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in HR operations.
    - Analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to perform under pressure.
    - Knowledge of Indonesian labor law and basic accounting functions.
    - Proficiency in Word, Excel, and effective interpersonal skills for internal and external communications.
