Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, documentation, and optimisation of Order Management (OM) processes to ensure scalability and consistency across the Asia-Pacific region
- Serve as the subject matter expert on system functionality and implementation including Infor Nexus, CargoWise, SharePoint, and other platforms
- Manage regional OM projects such as system rollouts, automation enhancements, and operational alignment initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including destination offices, shared services, and local origin teams to ensure seamless end-to-end OM operations
- Analyse operational workflows and system data to identify pain points, recommend improvements, and monitor progress
- Provide structured regional input into global OM strategy development
- Represent the region in cross-departmental meetings and project discussions
- Share and document best practices across all OM hubs in Asia
- Support training and onboarding for new teams and system rollouts
- Travel as required to support project execution and regional alignment
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain management, with expertise in process design, system implementation, or strategic operations
- Excellent English communication skills; fluency in Chinese or another Asian language is a strong advantage
- Strong stakeholder management skills with proven ability to make independent decisions. Experience managing multi-country or regional projects preferred
- Extensive experience with Infor Nexus, CargoWise, and SharePoint highly desirable. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Experience with Microsoft Power Automate and workflow automation is a major advantage. Familiarity with other digital tools and process automation solutions is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with ability to assess workflows, analyse data, and propose structured improvements
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and evolving challenges
- Willingness to travel across Asia-Pacific as needed
