Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Review and update purchase order data within the Infor Nexus platform
  • Verify and update shipping order details from vendors in Infor Nexus
  • Coordinate shipments with local EFL offices, NVOCCs, and ocean carriers in Asia to ensure timely delivery
  • Manage carrier bookings, shipping instructions (SI), and Importer Security Filings (ISF)
  • Respond to inquiries from origin and destination teams, providing timely and accurate information
  • Support EFL origin offices, ensuring consistent communication and operational flow
  • Maintain accurate data entry in Infor Nexus for reliable tracking and reporting
  • Serve as the central point of contact and control tower for origin order management operations
  • Collaborate with vendors to assist with system-related queries and ensure operational consistency
  • Monitor carrier event milestones for shipment visibility
  • Manage commercial documents from shippers and carriers, ensuring proper upload to the Infor Nexus platform
     

Candidate Requirements:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or procurement in a similar environment
  • Proficient in logistics management platforms such as Infor Nexus or CargoWise
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for coordination with internal teams, vendors, and clients
  • Analytical mindset to review data and support decision-making
  • Detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in order tracking and system updates
  • Proven problem-solving skills to resolve procurement and logistics challenges
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Team player with a collaborative approach across functions
  • Adaptable in a fast-paced and evolving business environment
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English is required; proficiency in Cantonese or another Asian language is a plus
