Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support a team of Origin-based OM Coordinators across EFL’s origin offices in Asia
Serve as the central escalation and coordination point for origin operations related to Order Management
Monitor workload distribution, performance metrics, and team output to ensure efficiency and service quality
Drive process improvements, SOP adherence, and system utilization across all OM operations
Work closely with Regional OM Managers, Shared Services, and Destination Teams to ensure alignment and seamless operations
Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to team members as needed
Participate in upscaling and digital transformation projects, supporting implementations and performance initiatives
Act as a key stakeholder in system optimization and issue resolution (Infor Nexus, CargoWise, SharePoint, etc.)
Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members
Maintain regular communication with other EFL functions and customers to align expectations and ensure operational readiness
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, international business, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding, ideally with exposure to Order Management or large-scale operational projects
Proven leadership experience managing teams and performance in a fast-paced, international environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) or another Asian language is a strong plus
Hands-on experience with Infor Nexus and/or CargoWise is highly desirable
Ability to lead teams and manage projects independently, with a strong sense of initiative and ownership
Solid understanding of SOPs, IOPs, and process documentation in logistics operations
Cultural agility and the ability to work effectively across geographies and time zones
