Key Responsibilities:
- Accept and process pre-alerts
- Create jobs in the system, update MBL and HBL details, and upload relevant documents
- Generate arrival notices and manifests, share with customers, and send pre-alerts
- Prepare invoices for agents and customers based on SOPs for both imports and exports
- Verify rates against invoices and tariffs, and record overseas and local costs in the system
- Create creditors journals and ensure accurate documentation
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with agents and customers
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Logistics & Supply Chain, Finance, or IT
- Ideal for undergraduates or newly graduated candidates
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle pressure, with flexibility to work extended hours if needed
- Responsible and process-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented approach
