Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Greet guests and employees, maintain a tidy reception, handle calls and emails, and host foreign clients with hospitality
  • Receive, log, and distribute mail and packages; arrange outgoing courier services and maintain records
  • Organize transportation and hotel bookings for staff and visitors; arrange lunches and refreshments for meetings and events
  • Provide administrative support including document preparation, filing, photocopying, supply management, and event coordination


Qualifications & Skills:
 

  • Proven receptionist or administrative experience with strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor


Education & Experience:
 

  • GCE A/L or equivalent; diploma in administration, hospitality, or related field preferred
  • 1 to 3 years relevant experience
