Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Perform statistical data analysis and predictive modeling using Python, R, or similar tools to support business decisions.
- Develop ETL pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into BI platforms.
- Create and maintain robust data models that support analytical and operational needs.
- Build BI solutions focused on logistics and supply chain metrics, including transportation, inventory, and warehouse performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical BI solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users to enhance BI adoption and usage.
- Continuously improve BI solutions by staying current with new tools, techniques, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a BI Developer, Analyst, or Engineer.
- Hands-on expertise in Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Proficiency in Python, R, or other statistical programming languages.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Solid understanding of ETL processes and data integration.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with big data technologies such as Spark or Hadoop.
- Knowledge of logistics KPIs, metrics, and optimisation techniques.
- Understanding of statistical methods, machine learning, and predictive analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects independently.
- Experience in the logistics or supply chain industry is highly desirable.
