Key Responsibilities:
- Track all payments and expenditures including purchase orders, invoices, and statements.
- Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports with balances.
- Schedule and arrange vendor payments; ensure all outstanding credits are settled.
- Respond to vendor finance-related enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare month-end accounts and ensure accuracy of the P&L and balance sheet within reporting deadlines.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in payment processing workflows.
- Attend to accounts payable and receivable queries within expected timelines and quality standards.
- Handle month-end closing activities, bank reconciliations, and reporting tasks.
Requirements:
- Degree or professional qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in vendor management.
- Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
- Hands-on experience with Excel and ERP systems is an added advantage.
