Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate air freight pricing with internal offices and external agents
- Work directly with airlines and partners to secure competitive rates
- Support RFQs, RFPs, tenders, and spot quotations for sales opportunities
- Manage long- and short-term pricing strategies through cost analysis and negotiations
- Create and maintain pricing matrices and rate sheets
- Support internal offices with pricing coordination for global accounts
- Submit, manage, and maintain rates in carrier and industry portals
- Align air freight offerings with customer requirements and service scope
- Identify new opportunities to grow customer relationships
Requirements:
- A degree or relevant qualification in Business, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Experience in air freight pricing or freight forwarding is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines
- Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
- Must be able to adhere to 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM working hours
