Key Responsibilities:
- Manage user security access for ERP and other Enterprise applications.
- Support Microsoft O365 products, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams Admin, and M365 Defender; troubleshoot issues, set up accounts, and manage access.
- Monitor and manage ERP applications, printer servers, and connectivity issues across all countries.
- Monitor Microsoft Azure Infrastructure security dashboards and alerts; take action and escalate issues as needed.
- Manage email security platforms and implement standard email and collaboration security configurations.
- Provide technical support for new system implementations.
- Assist with regular system maintenance tasks, including updates, patches, and backups.
- Oversee support desk operations and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support or similar IT role.
- IT or Computer Science degree, Higher Diploma, or equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
- Professional certifications such as Microsoft Certifications or Cybersecurity are advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a global team.
- Strong diagnostic skills to quickly identify and resolve technical issues.
- Solid knowledge of Windows environments, networking, cloud platforms, and IT security principles.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure infrastructure and cybersecurity is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritise urgent issues, and work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating responsiveness, accountability, and adaptability.
