Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update order information within the Infor Nexus platform and monitor shipment milestones promptly.
- Serve as the primary liaison with vendors and suppliers to coordinate purchase orders, shipment schedules, and compliance requirements.
- Resolve discrepancies related to documentation, timelines, or product quantity.
- Place and manage carrier bookings for ocean and air shipments.
- Coordinate with warehouses, 3PLs, and distribution centres.
- Maintain logistics documentation and workflows in SharePoint.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using shared dashboards.
- The working hours for this position will be from 7.00 AM to 4.00 PM or 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM.
Qualifications:
- Excellent spoken and written English is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with SharePoint and Infor Nexus will be an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
