Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Support the day-to-day activities of the Agent Network Administration department.
  • Maintain and update databases, records, trackers, and documentation.
  • Assist with internal communication and follow-ups with relevant stakeholders.
  • Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and performance summaries.
  • Coordinate documentation and assist with internal compliance-related requirements.
  • Support meeting scheduling, minutes, and action tracking.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify existing workflows and reduce manual tasks.
  • Support automation and digitisation initiatives within the department.
  • Assist in developing dashboards, trackers, templates, or reporting tools.
  • Research and recommend tools or technologies that can improve operational efficiency.
  • Contribute fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to improve productivity and collaboration.
  • Assist in compiling and organising network-related data and reports.
  • Support data collection and analysis for internal reviews and decision-making.
  • Help maintain visibility on internal tracking, engagement, and reporting requirements.
  • Support special projects and departmental initiatives as required.


Qualifications:
 

  • Undergraduate or recent graduate in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and digital collaboration tools.
  • Interest in process improvement, automation, and business optimisation.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Exposure to tools such as Power BI, Excel automation, AI tools, or workflow software would be an added advantage.
