Key Responsibilities:
- Develop specific plans to prioritize work and operational activities
- Organize tasks to accomplish daily operational objectives
- Oversee and plan the operational logistics of the organization
- Coordinate activities with other work units and departments to ensure smooth operations
- Prepare, update, and submit operational and performance reports
- Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and operational machinery
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work as required
- Resolve operational issues, provide technical guidance, and recommend measures to improve productivity and quality
- Coordinate staff training and support employee development initiatives
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure operational efficiency
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
- Organize, monitor, and maintain inventory records and stock levels
Qualifications:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or higher
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or third-party logistics (3PL)
- Experience using inventory control software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent time management skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
