 Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Develop specific plans to prioritize work and operational activities
  • Organize tasks to accomplish daily operational objectives
  • Oversee and plan the operational logistics of the organization
  • Coordinate activities with other work units and departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare, update, and submit operational and performance reports
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and operational machinery
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work as required
  • Resolve operational issues, provide technical guidance, and recommend measures to improve productivity and quality
  • Coordinate staff training and support employee development initiatives
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure operational efficiency
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Organize, monitor, and maintain inventory records and stock levels


Qualifications:
 

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or higher
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or third-party logistics (3PL)
  • Experience using inventory control software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent time management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
