Associate / Junior Executive – Finance

 Key Responsibilities:
 

• Perform operational finance activities, including invoicing, cost posting, and booking all overseas and local costs in the system
• Audit and finalise shipments in the system
• Perform reconciliations and maintain master files
• Maintain effective communication and strong relationships with agents and customers
• This position is offered on a fixed-term contract of one year

Qualifications:
 

• Partially or fully completed Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
• Experience in the Freight and Logistics industry will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with ERP or similar systems; prior experience with CargoWise will be an added advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with a focus on data accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while remaining self-motivated
