 Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Analyse operational processes across the network, identify improvement opportunities, and design improved workflows in collaboration with country and functional teams
  • Identify and drive automation opportunities across operations and support system design and enhancement initiatives
  • Support digital transformation initiatives, ensuring practical and scalable solutions are implemented and adopted across countries
  • Represent Global Operations in system mergers, integrations, migrations, and consolidation initiatives, ensuring operational requirements, process flows, data quality, reporting, controls, and user readiness are addressed
  • Support testing, validation, go-live readiness, and post-go-live monitoring for new system environments
  • Oversee operational data quality and dashboard readiness to support accurate reporting and decision-making across the network
  • Drive SOP alignment and process standardisation to improve operational consistency globally
  • Support country rollouts of new processes and systems and track adoption to ensure effective implementation
  • Strengthen operational controls to improve stability, visibility, and governance across the network
  • Monitor performance following implementation and support issue resolution to maintain operational stability
  • Engage with country teams and functional leads to translate business requirements into practical solutions aligned with global priorities


Qualifications:
 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, automation, or digital transformation, preferably within logistics, freight forwarding, or a global shared services environment
  • Strong understanding of business process analysis, workflow design, and systems thinking
  • Experience supporting system implementations, integrations, migrations, or mergers, including testing, go-live readiness, and post-implementation stabilisation
  • Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of data quality, reporting, and dashboard design
  • Process improvement or project management certification such as Lean Six Sigma or PMP will be an added advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and manage stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and work effectively under pressure
  • Strong team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment with a degree of ambiguity
