Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate monthly ESG data collection from global offices and follow up with country focal points to ensure timely submissions
- Validate sustainability data and supporting documentation, perform data quality checks, and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain and update the global ESG database and related records
- Support the preparation of Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 GHG inventories by compiling fuel, electricity, refrigerant, water, waste, and transportation data
- Assist with GHG emission calculations using approved methodologies such as GLEC, Clean Cargo, and the GHG Protocol
- Support annual internal and external GHG verification processes
- Assist in preparing sustainability reports, disclosures, charts, dashboards, and performance summaries
- Support reporting requirements including CDP, EcoVadis, customer sustainability questionnaires, and other ESG frameworks
- Coordinate responses to customer ESG questionnaires and gather supporting evidence from internal stakeholders
- Maintain a central repository of sustainability information and documentation
- Assist with sustainability initiatives across global offices, including awareness campaigns and employee engagement activities
- Monitor sustainability project progress and prepare status updates
- Support environmental and social impact projects
- Assist in maintaining ISO 14001 Environmental Management System documentation and support internal environmental audits
- Monitor corrective actions and maintain audit records
- Support sustainability-related administration, including meeting coordination, project trackers, action logs, minutes, presentations, and documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management, Sustainability, Engineering, Science, Agriculture, Supply Chain, Business Management, or a related discipline
- 0–2 years of experience in sustainability, ESG, environmental management, or data analysis; fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with good knowledge of PowerPoint and Word
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Basic understanding of greenhouse gas accounting
- Familiarity with ESG frameworks will be an added advantage
- Experience with Power BI or ESG software will be an added advantage
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate with global stakeholders
- Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn sustainability standards and reporting frameworks
- Proactive team player with the ability to work collaboratively and independently
