What are the cutoff times for shipping?
All booking must be made by 5 pm ET, Mon-Fri to guarantee shipment in 48 hours from point-of-origin.
Something went wrong with my shipment. How do I file a claim?
Sadly, the occasional shipment does not arrive as scheduled. Please contact us right away to help navigate the insurance process, or to help solve any issues.
How do I return the container?
We expect shipping containers to be returned within our shipping return window -- typically 4 days. The latest date your container needs to be at the terminal in time for loading is the cut-ff date. Please check your paperwork for the shipping return window.
