Tracking My Shipment
How do I track my shipment?
On the EFL Global website, click the "Track My Shipment" link in the main navigation bar. Simply plug in your tracking number(s) and your shipping details will be provided.
I have more than one shipment. Can I track them all at once?
Yes, you can plug in multiple tracking numbers with our "Track My Shipment" tool. Add all relevant tracking numbers, separated by a comma, and your shipment details will be provided in the order received.
One of my tracking numbers shows an error/no results. What do I do?
First, double check that you have input the correct tracking number in the tool.
All shipping information is updated at regular intervals, so you may need to check back later for more up-to-date information on your shipment.
If you have confirmed that the tracking number is correct and it is still yielding no results, please contact your assigned EFL representative for more information
I lost my tracking numbers. How do I track my shipment?
